10 Must-Try Snacks at Disney World
Disney World is magic, and trust me, snacks are half the fun.
My first trip, I remember walking up and down Main Street, staring slack-jawed at all the goodies displayed.
The smell of churros, and the sight of those colorful Mickey-shaped treats?
Absolutely unforgettable.
I have made it my mission to try as many Disney snacks as I can, over the years (for research of course).
There’s just something about Disney food—it’s not just tasty; it’s part of the magic.
Here are the 10 snacks:
1. Dole Whip
Let’s begin with the all-time most iconic Disney snack: the Dole Whip.
This pineapple soft serve is the perfect refresher on a hot day. I always get one when I stop at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom — it’s a tropical vacation in a cup.
As a bonus, there’s the Dole Whip float, where it is served in pineapple juice. Pure bliss.
2. Mickey Pretzel
A Mickey-shaped pretzel — now that’s Disney!
It’s soft and salty, and the ideal companion for that cheese-dipping sauce. You can get these at snack carts at every single one of the parks so they’re really easy to get on the go.
I love to get one before a parade — it’s the perfect snack to enjoy while you await the magic rolling by.
3. Turkey Leg
The turkey leg is a Disney classic, and trust me, it’s a meal all on its own.
This smoky, salty snack is big — ideal for many people (or not). I’ve enjoyed one while strolling through Frontierland, and it was as if I were at an epic medieval feast.
Pro tip: Get napkins because this is a messy one — but so worth it.
4. Churros
Disney World churros taste different.
These cinnamon-sugar coated deep fried tendsticks of heavenly goodness are a sooooo good to go, especially with a chocolate or caramel dip.
It’s not the churros themselves — every time I see a churro cart, I can’t say no. They’re perfect for a quick pick-me-up between rides.
5. Mickey Ice Cream Bar
The Mickey Ice Cream Bar is at least as iconic as the castle.
It’s simple — vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate — but there’s something magical about munching on a Mickey-shaped treat as you stroll through the parks.
I always have to grab one in the afternoon heat; it’s a great way to cool down.
6. Popcorn in a Souvenir Bucket
Disney popcorn is not your average movie snack— it’s an entire vibe.
The freshly popped, buttery goodness is addictive. And the souvenir buckets are so fun to collect.
Last time, I got a limited-edition bucket that was shaped like the Millennium Falcon, and it’s one of my favorite travel souvenirs.
7. Cheeseburger Spring Rolls
These spring rolls are famous among Disney fans.
Crispy outside, filled with juicy cheeseburger goodness inside — they’re the ultimate savory snack.
You can find them at the Adventureland Spring Roll Cart in Magic Kingdom, and trust me, they sell out quickly for a good reason.
8. Night Blossom Drink
When visiting Pandora — The World of Avatar at Animal Kingdom, you must try the Night Blossom!
This colorful drink stacks layers of limeade, apple and pear flavors and lays passion fruit boba balls on top. It’s as Instagram-worthy as it is refreshing.
Every sip tastes like you’re imbibing a piece of Pandora’s sorcery.”
9. Corn Dog Nuggets
Some of my favorites are the corn dog nuggets from Casey’s Corner.
They are crispy and golden bite-size snacks that are great for dipping in ketchup or mustard.
Add on a side of fries, and you’ve got a meal that’s fun as well as tasty.
10. The Grey Stuff
You may know the line: “Try the grey stuff, it’s delicious! from Beauty and the Beast.
At Be Our Guest Restaurant, you can (and yes, it’s good). It is a cookies-and-cream mousse over a chocolate crust, and it is magic.
The restaurant environment makes the experience even better.
